Laundry Day Means Stamping!
We stayed at the condo today so the girls could go swimming and I could get some laundry done. The girls and I were all down to one outfit left, so it was time to do a few loads. That's one thing I love about renting a condo when we're on vacation - having your own washer/dryer to use. I also cooked dinner tonight, so having a fully equipped kitchen was great, too. Well, while the clothes were washing/drying, I took advantage of the time and did some stamping! I made three more cards like the one I posted earlier today, all with variations in the colors I used and where the scallop border(s) went. I think it would make a nice gift set of cards - good for a thank you, thinking of you, or birthday card.
All of the cards feature one of my favorite sets, Great Friend. The top card uses Pumpkin Pie for the base, sponged in Pumpkin, with a scrap of Razzleberry Lemonade DSP, Crushed Curry Polkadot ribbon, Old Olive and Whisper White card stock, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie inks, silver brads, the scallop border punch and paper piercer. The middle card has an Old Olive base sponged in Olive, with Whisper White and Crushed Curry card stock, the scallop border punch, a gel pen, Olive and Curry inks, silver brads, and Curry polkadot ribbon. The bottom card has Rich Razzleberry as its base, sponged in Melon Mambo (I always get the name for this one wrong!), Whisper White and Melon Mambo card stocks, Olive and Razzleberry inks, a gel pen, Mambo polkadot ribbon, and silver brads. On all three cards, the butterfly is popped up with a dimensional, and the piece on top of the base is popped up with several dimensionals. Simple, fast cards to make - which works well when you're on vacation and have limited supplies on hand! Thanks for stopping by!

We are two kindred spirits -- when I make a card, I make it with several variations for several versions. So fun -- I really enjoyed visiting your blog!
