Wow, I just noticed that my blog hit the 5,000 hit mark today! To thank you for coming to visit my blog, I'm offering some blog candy! This goodie bag includes a Spring-Summer 2008 Collection catalog, brand new spools of Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, and Celery grosgrain ribbon, a brand new Certainly Celery classic pad, a 'Designed by' incentive stamp and two stamps sets - Bunny Hugs and The World Over. Wow! Congrats on the hits and the cute projects that you share! I would love to win the blog candy. My favorite to see is paper piecing (I don't do it much because I'm lazy), but I love seeing it on cards!
Congratulations Cheryl! You know I love checking out your blog at least once a week. Well I think that one of my favorite techniques is Joseph's Coat. I love your mulberry technique card that you recently posted.
Congrats! Love your blog.
I too loved your mulberry technique. I also love anything embossed!
Here's to the next 5,000!
Congrats on all the hits. I don't recall how I came found your blog, but it is certainly stuffed full of great ideas! I think embossing is my favorite technique, but I also like stamping repeatedly in a line (without reinking) to get a fading effect. I'm not sure if there is a technical term for that or not?
I simply love your cards....the latest are right up my alley...same design; different cards. My favorite technique, all things considered, is probably embossing; it has such a W-O-W effect.
Congratulations, and continued success on your blog.
My favorite techniques are faux paper tearing, and masking. Simple, I know, but they can make a quick card look like you spent a lot of time on it when you did not do a lot of muss and fuss.
I came to your site because of your Christmas ornaments. I think they are definitely my new favorite. I would never have thought of layering the glitter, color, and embossing that way. Absolutely beautiful!
Congrats on your 5,000! Way to go.
