Ka'anapali Beach

Aloha from beautiful Ka'anapali Beach, one of the top beaches in the United States.  Our youngest wanted to make a return trip to this beach on our trip to Maui as it has a nice sandy bottom and the water clarity is always pretty good.  Not much to look at while you are swimming, but it's a beautiful stretch of beach.

Sure am glad we decided a few years back to get a descent underwater digital camera - it sure came in handy today with almost every shot in this layout coming from that camera, a Fuji FinePix WP (the hotels on the beach, lower left of the second spread, and the shot of our oldest in the middle of that spread came from my trusty Argus).

So pretty! What color did you pick for the background paper to work with the water?

Thanks all for the comments - Mickey, I used the color picker tool on the sky of one of the photos on the right page as it matched the sky on the left page - really happy the way it turned out and even happier that they built that feature into MDS!
