Pretty Containers
Ok, as promised from yesterday, here are a couple of pictures of the stick containers I use in my classroom. I've been thinking of covering them in some of our beautiful designer series paper for a couple of years now, and finally this year I actually got them done! I ended up doing two more - one for paperclips, one for pens/pencils. Aren't they pretty?

ooOOOoo, so colorful! ;) I love the idea of using name sticks to choose the kids you call on. I wonder if that would work for my high-school teacher daughter....hmm, probably not. She at an "impacted" school with gangs. :)
Those are beautiful!! Maybe I should make one for my daughter's teacher -- I know they use name sticks for things as well!
